Do you ship worldwide? Yes! We offer worldwide shipping on all orders. Shipping typically takes between 7–15 days. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or customs delays.

What address should I use at checkout? Please use your residential address rather than a vacation or temporary address, since we can't predict how long customs may hold a package at a different destination.

Can I cancel my order? Cancellations are accepted only within 20 hours of placing your order. Contact support@iconicpair.com immediately if you need to cancel — we process orders quickly, so cancellation requests are time sensitive.

What's your return policy? We offer free 30-day returns on all our products — you can return your order for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Note that we can't provide free return shipping labels for international customers; international return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Enter it on our "Track Your Order" page to see real-time updates on your delivery.
